This is a postcard that dates back to the 1940s---it was my great grandmother's. However, I thought the adorable little girl with her flower basket and the Germany saying "Herzlichen Glückwunsch" (Best Wishes) would be quite appropriate for today. So best wishes to all the women of the world!
