This past Saturday, my brother, sister-in-law, nephew and I all headed down to Portland for a day trip. And of course no visit to Portland is complete without stopping by
Powell's Books.

I found this lovely Jewelry Making and Design book written by Augustus F. Rose and Antonio Cirino.

The reason I decided to get this book was because of all of the wonderful illustrations inside. I really like how simple the drawings are. I think the pages would look great framed.

Seeing how the book was published in 1967, most of the pictures are pretty grainy, but nevertheless I still enjoy them!
